Should you need help with changes or updates to your site, technical troubleshooting should problems arise, or training to help you make the most of your website — we are available help you! We charge by the hour for support, maintenance and training with a discounted rate for our custom design clients. We also offer retainer packages at a discounted rate if you have on-going needs.
We provide an array of technical support for websites including:
- Troubleshooting malicious attacks (e.g. spammers)
- Assisting you in setting up a domain/web hosting
- Moving your website to a different domain or web host
- Migrating your website design to WordPress
Many of our clients are busy writing books, so they prefer to have someone update their site for them–we’re happy to oblige!
- Adding content to your site (new text, graphics, links, etc.)
- Making minor changes to the design (e.g. when a new book is released)
- Adding widgets, forms, plug-ins or enhanced functionality
- Adding new pages to your site
- Changes to site navigation as the site grows
Most of our clients manage the bulk of their website and social media tasks on their own, but sometimes a little training is needed to help make the process easier. We offer one-on-one Skype sessions that include screen sharing as well as e-mail support. A video recording or documentation of training sessions can be provided for an additional charge.
